evening ended home to change.

and went for my 1st Muay Thai training with Lenz.

the coach there don't believe i never learn before sia!hahaha

must thank fudi for teaching us the basic.

if not go there like a noob only.

yeah i'm so gonna brush up my skills.

and take part in compys if i can(;
